INTRODUCTION:

SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Systems Analyst to perform full lifecycle duration data management and conduct system administration and maintenance on a stand-alone network.
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
• Supporting tasks requiring collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations
• Providing architectural and engineering support to develop business and production requirements
• Analyzing new technologies/hardware/software to determine the applicability/need in the existing or proposed system, to include cloud networks and technology
Required Skills:
1. Tool trainer; tech targeter; user engagement/training/demos
2. Active TS/SCI with polygraph
3. Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
4. Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:
5. Working within an Agile Scrum team environment
6. Performing requirements analysis
7. Working with financial data sets
8. Providing data in a visualized format
9. Using tracking tools such as Jira
10. Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence or similar
Desired Skills:
1. Performing DevOps related activities such as certificate management and server patching
2. Analyzing hardware and software
3. Demonstrated experience utilizing Amazon Web Services such as SMS, Data Pipeline, Relational Database (RDS), Cloudwatch, EC2, EBS, S3, KMS, or SMS
4. Demonstrated experience utilizing DevOps tools such as Github, Subversion, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory
5. Certifications:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• AWS Certified Developer
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS)
• Six Sigma Certification
