Systems Technician

As part of our expansion, we are launching our Live Casino Studio in Monterrey, producing high-quality, English-language live casino content for international markets.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Technician to support the technical operations of our live casino studio. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure uninterrupted live-streaming, game integrity, and overall system performance. This position plays a key role in keeping our studio operations running smoothly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and configure computer hardware and technical equipment.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support requests to minimize operational downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and basic network issues.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of network devices and connectivity.
  • Perform routine maintenance and manage hardware inventory and replacement cycles.
  • Provide initial support for broadcasting and A/V equipment used in the studio.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for systems, inventory, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 1+ year of professional IT support experience.
  • Practical understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Systems Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and network fundamentals.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts or on-call schedules if required.
