Security Manager

Job Summary
The Head of Security is responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe, secure, and compliant manner. This role oversees incident management, coordinates external security personnel, and maintains direct communication with senior management and external authorities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all operational activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage, resolve, and report any incidents to senior leadership and executive management.
- Maintain direct communication with law enforcement authorities when necessary.
- Handle and manage situations that may arise both inside and outside the facilities.
- Lead and coordinate contracted external security personnel.
- Maintain direct and ongoing communication with General Management.

- Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in security management, preferably in regulated or operational environments.
- Experience working with external security providers and authorities.
- Availability to respond to incidents as required.
