Security Manager

Job Summary
The Head of Security is responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe, secure, and compliant manner. This role oversees incident management, coordinates external security personnel, and maintains direct communication with senior management and external authorities when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all operational activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage, resolve, and report any incidents to senior leadership and executive management.
  • Maintain direct communication with law enforcement authorities when necessary.
  • Handle and manage situations that may arise both inside and outside the facilities.
  • Lead and coordinate contracted external security personnel.
  • Maintain direct and ongoing communication with General Management.

  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in security management, preferably in regulated or operational environments.
  • Experience working with external security providers and authorities.
  • Availability to respond to incidents as required.
