As part of our global expansion, we are launching a Live Casino Studio, producing high-quality, English-language live content including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps for international markets.
We're Kerma Games, a fast-growing iGaming company building cutting-edge platforms for sports betting, casino, and gaming brands worldwide. We're looking for an Office Manager to join our Monterrey team and keep the engine running behind the scenes.
Role overview:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and facility needs
- Support HR processes: onboarding, employee records, and internal communications
- Coordinate travel, events, and team activities
- Handle administrative tasks and assist leadership as needed
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, problem-solver mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (B2+)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
