Senior Product Marketing Manager

This position is accountable for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of strategic marketing and product commercialization strategies, to both internal employees and external customers, that drive revenue, promote growth and create brand loyalty. This individual aligns to company-wide initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Assist in collecting and developing powerful patient, provider and payor messages, proof points, evidence and stories to inspire belief, create awareness, drive loyalty and advocacy, recognize innovation and compel a change in the standard of care.
• Partner with our clinical affairs team to create compelling marketing materials, tools and programs for our commercial sales organization, highlighting our powerful real-world evidence.
• Work with the commercial sales organization to nurture and convert leads.
• Help manage the logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences and our speakers program - ensuring audience engagement while optimizing the impact and spend.
• Participate in training our new hire and tenured commercial sales team through training events and ongoing informal interactions.
• Continually expand and refresh various marketing content and collateral to align with our key strategic initiatives.
• Provide input to the new product planning team related to product enhancements and potential new offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and People Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years direct experience in marketing of medical devices (preferably cardiology) and/or pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industry
• Superior communication skills, verbal and written
• Exceptional presentation skills
Preferred:
• Sales experience
• Experience in marketing strategy, planning, and branding in domestic and international markets
• Experience in start-up or high-growth companies


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Indoor open office environment
• Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment
• Extended hours when needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage
• Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Frequent computer use
• Frequent phone and other business machine use
• Occasional lifting required, up to 20 pounds

 

TRAVEL: 
• Some travel required - less than 35%
