Overview:  

  Ketchum's Public Sector and Government team is looking for a Managing Account Supervisorto serve as a task lead and client relationship manager. This person will have a background or interest in government health care, particularly in health equity, health literacy, community outreach, and grassroots campaigns.

  
Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a task lead, and ensure seamless execution of all aspects of account work including strategic planning and project implementation
  • Develop and execute communications and outreach campaigns, in partnership with community and civic organizations
  • Maintain regular client contact, proactively offering solutions and implementing new ways to meet client needs
  • Manage workstreams and projects, including directing junior staff
  • Manage relationships with multiple federal clients, subject matter experts, vendors, and contractors
  • Support federal new business, including market research, competitive analysis, and proposal development  

 
Qualifications:  

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: 

  • Seven+ years of experience in government-related public relations or a similar position in a non-agency setting required
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree in public health or public policy a plus
  • Experience working on a federal government contract
  • Prior agency experience and/or outreach campaign experience preferred
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced policy environment with multiple priorities 

 

 

 

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available. #LI-Hybrid
