Overview:     

The Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing will be responsible for developing innovative Influencer Marketing campaigns for clients and overseeing and implementing this strategy among clients and the agency. 

As media fragments our clients are increasingly expecting us to develop campaigns negotiating and working with the new crop of high profile digital celebrity influencers and creators. You will be expected to have a track record in planning and delivering campaigns with creators and influencers across paid, earned and shared media. 

You will be responsible for managing client relationships at the highest level, and ensuring that the team is implementing programmes to the highest standard possible.  
 
You will need an agency background with a thorough understanding of how to design and measure Influencer campaigns manage, as well as a deep knowledge of how digital/social media fits in the communications mix. 

You will need to be able to give client counsel and advise different clients on the best   Influencer strategy based on metrics and a sound business case for their particular brand. 

You will provide support to and account teams. This person must be passionate, driven and emotionally intelligent.  Experience working across a wide variety of countries and different brand sectors is highly desirable. 

 
Responsibilities:  

  • Plan and deliver influencer campaigns across paid, earned, and shared media 
  • Identify, negotiate and manage influencers and talent across multiple channels 
  • Clearly understand ROI and measurement tools surrounding influencers (both to identify and evaluate) 
  • Confident presenter able to educate and engage an audience and solutions for client campaigns (taking them through to delivery) 
  • Facilitate development of strategic Influencer-related activities for the client.  Be able to educate and take clients when they have little experience of working with Influencers.  This includes running introduction to Influencer engagement training sessions and workshops on 
  • Create and manage program budgets. 
  • Provide accurate forecasts on accounts to ensure accurate future planning. 
  • Support the team in delivering the brief by driving the quality and direction of the team on day to day basis.  Provide insight into the strategic direction of the campaign or event. 
  • Act as a coach to junior team members, ensure objectives are met and individuals have clear career plans. 
  • Participate in new business pitches with energy and passion and encourage the same of team.   
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities to grow and expand our work with existing clients. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university preferred  
  • 6-8 years’ experience in advertising, communications, marketing, or public relations working with Influencers across multiple platforms across a variety of sectors, with 5 years’ experience working on Influencer marketing programs. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong technical background with advanced computer skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as well as independently 
  • Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and handle a number of concurrent projects and tasks. 
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for the influencer universe on all channels including Snapchat, Instagram, Vine and YouTube 

 

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
