Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Conceptor whose superpower is identifying and transforming unexpected insights and untapped cultural tensions into attention-driving creative concepts; a person who champions clever, disruptive, thinking; someone with experience partnering with strategy, account teams, and other creatives to develop big ideas and/or in the trenches tactics that guarantee earned attention and command consumer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- In this position, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts that drive earned attention (e.g. media coverage, social conversation) as well as uncovering strategic, culture-forward insights that fuel your creative thinking.
- The primary focus will be on working with clients, account, new business and strategy teams to develop channel-agnostic campaign ideas – big and small – that will deliver earned results, spark social chatter, and inspire consumers to engage.
- Develop and present foundational insights, umbrella concepts, and tactical programming to account teams and clients.
- Develop collaborative relationships with multiple clients and integrated agency partners.
- Work with Analytics and Strategy teams in support of concept development with insights that help drive creative programming that delivers results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years developing insight-driven ideas and executional outputs within an earned media and/or integrated marketing environment
- 3+ years of public relations, social media, or advertising experience, ideally at a communication/marketing agency
- Curiosity and love for uncovering unexpected insights or points of creative inspiration and turning them into big, attention-commanding ideas or activations
- A strong grasp of the current social and cultural landscape, including trends, and social platforms
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Ability to tell and sell a good story
- Experience in the consumer sector
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
