As EVP, US Influencer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading our influencer marketing operations across the US. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader with deep expertise in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social strategy.
Reporting to the leader of Integrated Planning and Strategy, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to align influencer activity with our US strategy, ensuring campaign excellence, innovation, and growth across key US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead US influencer marketing operations in alignment with Ketchum’s US goals and standards.
- Continuously innovate and test new things, not just follow a pre-established playbook. Includes staying ahead of social, cultural, and influencer trends to keep Ketchum at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, new partnerships, and emerging influencer trends.
- Contribute to new business initiatives, supporting influencer strategy and participation in pitches.
- Help foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance within the US team.
- Contribute to agency thought leadership by identifying influencer and social trends and turning them into actionable POVs.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior and mid-level team members, helping them grow their strategic thinking and executional confidence.
Influencer Strategy & Execution
- Act as senior counsel across US business; roll-up your sleeves on some key US accounts, including oversight of influencer strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns deliver creative excellence and measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with integrated planning and delivery leaders including analytics, strategy, creative and channel teams to integrate storytelling, talent, and platform thinking.
- Develop compelling, integrated influencer plans using a mix of earned, owned, paid, and shared tactics.
- Bring a trend-forward, culturally relevant lens to all work—constantly identifying fresh ways to engage audiences through Influencer partnerships.
Client Partnership & Innovation
- Provide senior-level strategic counsel to clients and agency partners on influencer campaign design and execution.
- Participate in and lead key client conversations—from initial ideation to final presentations, feedback, and campaign recap.
- Lead development of influencer POVs and proactive recommendations that address evolving client needs and cultural shifts.
- Act as a subject matter expert in planning sessions, brainstorms, and cross-functional team meetings.
- Support business growth efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and pitch strategy.

The salary range for this position is $225,000+ . This position may be bonus eligible depending on individual employee performance and Ketchum business performance. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
