Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $130,000-$155,000 + equity options
*compensation may be negotiated based on experience level
Ketryx is excited to add a Generative AI Product Manager to our growing product team in our Boston Office. In this role, you will drive the vision and execution of our agentic AI platform, transforming medical device compliance into a seamless, automated outcome of the development workflow.

Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy
- Drive the end-to-end product journey, from bold ideas to successful launches, ensuring every release delivers measurable impact.
- Shape and champion the product roadmap, aligning features with customer value, market opportunities, and the future of Generative AI.
- Transform customer and stakeholder input into clarity, turning complex needs into actionable product requirements that move the business forward.
Metrics & Outcomes
- Define and own success metrics that guide strategy and validate impact, using data to continuously sharpen product direction.
- Elevate product performance by creating intentional feedback loops and robust evaluation frameworks that strengthen trust in AI-driven workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Inspire collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Client Operations, and Design, ensuring every feature is both technically sound and market-ready.
- Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity, making them accessible and compelling to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead fast-paced product releases, balancing immediate wins with long-term innovation.
- Keep momentum high by managing change requests with agility while staying true to roadmap priorities.
- Be the product voice in the field, gathering real-world insights from customers, partners, and industry events to fuel the next wave of innovation.
- Travel as needed to connect directly with stakeholders and represent Ketryx’s mission globally.
Required Skills:
- 4–8 years of SaaS product management experience.
- Strong understanding of software engineering.
- Degree or background in computer science and/or engineering.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in a startup environment.
- Currently in Greater Boston, willing to work in office, or, if not in the area, able to relocate immediately.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Background in a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Quality Management.
