Compensation: Base + Commission + Equity Options
*Quota will be 4x OTE and will be discussed during the interview process
Ketryx is excited to add an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to the sales team in Boston. This position will be responsible for managing large key accounts, building relationships and closing new MedTech enterprise accounts to meet sales targets. If you have an eager personality, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in land and expand B2B SaaS sales, this may be the right position for you!
Our ideal candidates will be capable of providing results in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Someone who is a self-starter, eager to work in a fast-growing startup, and quick to develop trust and provide value to prospective customers will do well in this position. In this role, you will be allowed the opportunity to implement your target-driven work ethic and support Ketryx's mission to impact 100 million patient lives by 2030. This position will be onsite in our Kendall Square office.

Responsibilities:
- Navigate complex procurement processes with multi-department stakeholders including legal, compliance, and executive teams at $1B+ medical device companies.
- Orchestrate strategic sales cycles averaging 7-12 months with deal sizes of $300K+ annually, managing multiple touchpoints across C-suite and department heads.
- Lead multi-threaded sales engagements across multiple departments within target accounts, building consensus among diverse buyer groups and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with sales engineering teams to deliver comprehensive technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations for complex enterprise environments.
- Develop territory-specific account strategies for named accounts in neurosciences, cardiovascular technology, and other MedTech sectors, focusing on companies bringing first-time devices to market.
- Manage strategic relationships with key decision makers at companies transitioning from startup to enterprise scale ($500M-$1B+ revenue range).
- Coordinate with legal and procurement departments throughout contract negotiations, handling enterprise-level compliance requirements and multi-year licensing agreements.
- Execute land-and-expand strategies with initial implementations of $100K+ that scale across multiple business units and geographical locations.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years enterprise focused sales.
- Proven experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, typically involving a 6-9 month procurement process.
- Ability to grasp extremely complex technical concepts quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision makers.
- Ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and habits.
- A proactive mindset, eager and open to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Passion for healthcare technology and the ability to connect with leaders in the medical device industry.
- Currently in the Greater Boston area, willing to work in office, or, if not in the area, able to relocate immediately.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a startup environment strongly preferred.
- Background in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry.
