Ketryx is excited to add a Product Manager to our growing product team in Vienna. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our platform, ensuring that every release delivers measurable impact for customers and advances our mission to transform medical device compliance into a seamless part of the development workflow!
Our ideal candidates will be capable of providing results in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Someone who has excellent organizational skills, eager to work in a fast-growing startup, and a degree in engineering will do well in this position. In this role, you will be allowed the opportunity to implement your target-driven work ethic and support Ketryx's mission to impact 100 million patient lives by 2030.
Ideally you will be currently located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support non-EU citizens for the position at this time.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product lifecycle—from idea to release—ensuring every feature delivers high-quality outcomes on time.
- Shape and maintain the product roadmap, aligning change requests and new features with customer needs, internal priorities, and business goals.
- Define and refine product requirements by translating input from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams into actionable, high-impact stories.
- Break down big ideas into clear, estimable deliverables, empowering developers to plan effectively and hit release targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Client Operations, and Marketing to design, build, and launch product features that meet both customer and business needs.
- Support developers with clear documentation and design controls, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate on go-to-market planning by preparing release notes, launch materials, and timelines that set teams and customers up for success.
Execution & Impact
- Lead efficient release processes, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates while managing and prioritizing change requests.
- Monitor and maintain development timelines, proactively raising risks or concerns to keep stakeholders aligned and expectations managed.
- Define and track success metrics to measure product impact, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Travel occasionally (2–4 times per year) to collaborate with global teams and customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of industry experience (SaaS software), at least 3 years of product management experience.
- Understanding of software engineering.
- Previous background in computer science and/or engineering.
- Strong ability to shape software product features, including, but not limited to, defining user stories, creating wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to grasp extremely complex technical concepts quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong organizational skills and habits.
- A proactive mindset, eager, adaptive, and open to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Ideal Skills
- Previous experience in a startup environment strongly preferred.
- Background in a regulated industry.
- Previous experience in Quality Management.
- Experience with Jira / Atlassian toolchain.
Compensation
At Ketryx, we offer a competitive and transparent compensation package that reflects your experience and skills. For candidates in Austria with more than 5 years of relevant experience, the gross annual salary starts at €90,000. We offer all-in contracts, with final compensation tailored to your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, our package includes a performance-based bonus and stock options, aligning your success with the company’s growth.
