About Ketryx:
Ketryx is an AI software platform that enables healthcare life sciences companies to ship life-saving regulated products in weeks instead of years.
Exploding product complexity is burying companies in compliance paperwork and blocking innovation. Our AI software removes this friction, dissolving the historical tradeoff between innovation and compliance, and enables regulated industries to innovate at the pace of modern software.
Just two years since launch, Ketryx already touches the lives of 25M patients and powers 4 of the world’s top 5 MedTech companies and 25% of the Fortune 500 MedTech market. Backed by Lightspeed Ventures, our founders are the former Head of AI at Amgen and CTO of Wolfram Cloud.
Healthcare and life sciences is just the beginning for us. Automotive, aerospace, energy — if it’s regulated, it’s because society decided it matters. These products move humanity, shape our future, and are safety-critical. Come join us and help build the AI platform to power safe innovation.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to combine the problem-solving mindset of an engineer with the storytelling craft of a marketer to drive Ketryx’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll deeply understand what our customers are actually doing, the technical workflows, compliance pressures, and challenges they navigate every day, and translate that into go-to-market plans, messaging, and narratives that earn trust with technical buyers.
You’ll become a power user capable of configuring high-fidelity demos and producing technically credible content that makes our value undeniable.. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Sales to ensure every asset we produce reinforces our position as the category-defining platform for validated AI in regulated development and that customer insight consistently informs what we build and how we bring it to the market.
About You:
You’re a builder at heart and come from a background of working in a highly regulated industry (ie, life sciences, aerospace, automotive). You’re drawn to blank canvases, early-stage momentum, and translating technical depth into market-shaping stories. You likely have a technical background, but you’ve always had a knack for communication and a passion for storytelling. You light up when you explain complex systems clearly and see people “get it.”
You’re not afraid of deeply technical issues or new domains because understanding how things work is half the fun. You think in systems, speak in use cases, and know that credibility comes from doing the work: reading specs, running demos, and iterating until it clicks.
If you want to set the new standard for how safety-critical products are built, and own your piece of that from start to finish, let’s talk!
Responsibilities:
- Shape how Ketryx shows up in the market. Develop concise, compelling messaging and positioning that emphasizes the business value of Ketryx’s solutions for our ICPs throughout the buying journey
- Turn customer insight into strategy. Synthesize what you are hearing from customers into clear patterns, feeding sales with sharper talk tracks and equipping Product with the evidence needed to prioritize features on the roadmap.
- Bring new products and features to life. Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to execute launches that generate pipeline and drive adoption.
- Keep us sharp on the market. Monitor and analyze market dynamics to define differentiated product positioning and messaging that makes Ketryx the obvious choice
- Drive content that moves buyers. Work with internal and external resources to create content across the funnel
- Build the sales enablement engine. Develop battlecards, collateral, and enablement materials that give sales what they need to win
- Measure what matters. Track and report the impact of enablement, launches, and customer programs, connecting your work directly to revenue growth and market momentum.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience developing, managing, or marketing products in highly regulated environments (i.e. MedTech, Pharma, Automotive, Robotics, Aerospace, Defense).
- 2+ years of experience working in a start-up or high-growth company.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and technically accurate content.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience building customer-facing materials like messaging, presentations, demo videos, or webinar content.
- Comfort working with data, whether that's analyzing usage metrics, interpreting survey results, or building a business case, to ground decisions in evidence rather than intuition
- Strong understanding of compliance, DevOps practices, and/or software development in regulated environments preferred.
- 4+ years of overall experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Strongly Preferred: STEM background or proven knowledge or experience in one of the following:
- Life Science SaaS
- Software/Product Lifecycle Management
- Software testing / Verification and Validation
- Artificial intelligence (AI/ML)
- Cybersecurity
- Medical device or software as a medical device (SaMD)
- Experience working in an early stage, product-based start up.
Keywords: Technical product marketing, healthcare technology, medical devices, AI/ML, FDA regulations, software validation, B2B SaaS marketing, solutions engineering, life sciences, medical device software, regulatory compliance, go-to-market strategy, healthcare software, biomedical engineering
