Lead Producer (Product)

Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients. 

We are seeking a Lead Producer with Product/Program Management experience to join the Production team for one of our largest, most complex accounts, orchestrating multiple workstreams to deliver innovative, high‑quality digital product experiences. You’ll be the operational through-line—driving clarity, optimizing ways of working, mentoring other producers, and serving as a visible, trusted partner to client stakeholders. You balance team health, process excellence while proactively surfacing risks and opportunities.


We’d like to know that you have:

  • 10-12+ years of digital production/product/program management at an agency/consultancy or similar, with enterprise‑scale tech/telecomm client experience.
  • Proven success leading multi‑workstream programs and cross‑functional teams from brief to launch.
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, adept at driving alignment across senior and junior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with modern Product Management and PM/roadmapping and documentation tools (e.g., Jira/Asana, Confluence, G‑Suite/Office).
  • Experience partnering with interaction design teams and coordinating closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Understanding of AI principles and AI interactions.

We’d like to know that you can: 

  • Lead 1-2 ‘pods’ of work, managing a team of senior level designers and strategists, third party stakeholders, and Client leads.
  • Manage pod/s to deliver evolving AI interaction design across both chat and voice technologies for optimal end user experiences, with a focus on mobile apps.
  • Have an eye on the pulse of the account at large, both internally and externally, and proactively surface opportunities for strengthening and evolving our ways of working.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class delivery: direct phases/dependencies, set timelines, and uphold documentation quality (briefs, scopes, decks, hotsheets, status, etc).
  • Run key forums with client counterparts (e.g., weekly office hours, operations meetings, quarterly business reviews) and drive concise, action‑oriented communications.
  • Navigate and coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure work is moving forward with clear alignment and pushing to maintain best practices.
  • Partner with Strategy, Design, and Account leads to identify growth opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Contribute to department health and morale: mentor juniors and help standardize processes, templates, and tools.
  • Be a discerning people leader who sets context exercises judgment, orchestrates clarity and enables excellent work.

Remote with occasional travel for key client milestones (e.g., quarterly reviews in Bellevue, WA).

The target range of base compensation for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
