ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Digital Intern to join the KHAITE team. This role will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn and understand the world of the digital department at a luxury brand
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks within the department including:
    • Product set-up on direct and partner platforms
    • Assist with site visual merchandising based on selling performance
    • Support sample management for photo shoots during the season
    • Support site product and content asset management and organization
    • Assist with digital marketing asset trafficking and related QA
  • Collaboration with the Marketing, Logistics, Merchandising, Private Client, and Customer Service departments
  • Product set-up on direct (Shopify) and partner platforms 
  • Assist with brainstorming, pitching initiatives, and conducting competitive analyses
  • Assist with site visual merchandising based on selling performance and seasonal messaging
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and discussions
  • Sample management for photo shoots
  • On-site for photoshoots
  • Regular website QA and testing
  • Manage and organize photo assets for the department on Google Drive

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player with keen attention to detail
  • Have a strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask
  • Be willing to take on any small and large tasks and keep a positive attitude
  • Interest in having an in-depth understanding of luxury fashion and an e-commerce business

 

Education/Experience:

  • Previous internship or professional experience in fashion is preferred but not required
  • Available at least 3 dull days a week (with at least 2 days on-site in our NYC office). Full-time is preferred.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with ability to work within tight timelines
  • Must have experience in Google Workplace and Microsoft Excel

WE OFFER
