ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Head of Digital and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will oversee and manage the KHAITE website by developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimize the user experience, and manage ecommerce platforms and related technology.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Head of Digital and Product Manager to ensure site features and functionalities drive strong conversion to provide the best customer experience and meet site KPI targets.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including web development and technology vendors, to support e-commerce goals
  • Partner with Digital, Product, & Site Merchandiser on end-to-end execution for new functionalities and site experiences, from conception and briefing to final QA.
  • Identify innovations that can improve the brand site experience and collaborate with Digital Product to execute
  • Own site performance reporting: sales, conversion, AOV, and health of key pages. Serve as a stakeholder in the development of analytics dashboards.
  • Monitor and manage business performance, overseeing topline weekly business insight reporting and recurring monthly performance reviews
  • Lead business analysis of site programs to drive continuous improvement in sales and engagement
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Director & Site Merchandiser on 360 digital campaign planning, site landing experience strategy, and optimization
  • Collaborate with Retail, CX, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless integration between online and offline customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, VIC, CS, Creative, Operations, and Technology to optimize internal processes to improve teams’ efficiency and drive online revenue.

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Resourceful self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and flexibility based on evolving business needs
  • Strong time and project management skills, including managing multiple projects and prioritizing based on effort and business and customer impact.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to voice opportunities for optimization, keep key stakeholders informed of progress of launch plans, and navigate issues and changes.
  • Analytical with experience in forming insights based on data, A/B testing, and leveraging past learnings to create actionable improvements and new ideas.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, with a proven track record of growing online sales
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google suites, and project management tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify+ required

WE OFFER

The salary range is $90,000-110,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include medical, dental, and vision programs, a company bonus plan, employee discounts and perks, a 401k plan with employer match, and other ancillary benefits.

New York Pay Range

$90,000 - $110,000 USD
