ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Head of Retail & Private Client and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness across our retail stores. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including retail operations, private client, merchandising, brand, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury retail, brand storytelling, and a proven ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with the KHAITE clientele.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with brand objectives and seasonal launches.
  • Plan and manage in-store events, activations, and partnerships to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Oversee the development of retail marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and vendors.
  • Manage budgets and ensure all campaigns are executed within allocated resources.

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and the retail landscape
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 

Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within the luxury fashion industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of executing successful in-store marketing campaigns and events

WE OFFER

The salary range is $100,000-120,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience.
