ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Manager, Events & Experiences to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Director, Global Events & Experiences and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. As an integral member of the Events team, this role will support best in class execution of events that deliver against commercial and brand goals.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end to end planning and execution of commercial events including trunk shows, collection previews, cocktail receptions, private dinners, show experiences, shopping events, suites, etc.
  • Partner closely with Retail, Wholesale, Client Engagement, and Merchandising teams to ensure events ladder to sell-through opportunities and revenue targets.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute all event materials including Event briefs, budgets, recap decks, production schedules, shot lists, and other documentation to relevant internal and external teams.
  • Enable seamless cross-channel collaboration by supporting retail activations, wholesale commercial events, and private-client experiences that drive traffic, conversion, and sell-through.
  • Coordinate with Brand and Visual Merchandising to secure purposeful creative assets and product displays for events and experiences.
  • Measure and report event performance tracking attendance, sales impact, product productivity, and new client capture, while partnering with Analytics and Retail Ops to optimize and scale future programs.
  • Maintain the global commercial events calendar, ensuring alignment with key retail floorsets, product drops, wholesale needs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Director to build scalable toolkits that both domestic and international teams can leverage as a planning resource and adapt for local relevance.
  • Oversee all budgeting and financial reporting related to commercial events, ensuring accuracy and adherence to spend guidelines, tracking ROI and managing all recaps for internal distribution.
  • Leverage personal and professional relationships such as stylists, friends of the house, event hosts, and corporate/regional partners to drive client acquisition and generate revenue for e-commerce and retail.

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in events, production, and/or project management in the fashion luxury industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator
  • Knowledge of color, layout, form, imagery, typography, and composition
  • Strong understanding of the luxury retail market and trends
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity with calendar management and bookings

WE OFFER

The salary range is $80,000-95,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include medical, dental, and vision programs, a company bonus plan, employee discounts and perks, a 401k plan with employer match, and other ancillary benefits.

$80,000 - $95,000 USD
