About the role:
As a Program Manager, you’ll be part of the Program Management team, under the Commercial organization. You’ll be focused on planning and implementation of new health system partnerships, ongoing strategic partnership initiatives planning / project management, and refining project implementation playbooks for future partnerships. Our partnership efforts center primarily around health systems but may expand based on business model needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including clinical operations, legal, marketing, product / technical to plan, execute and launch new partnership clinics and strategic initiatives, creating and managing detailed plans and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of partnership clinics, becoming a subject matter expert to effectively represent the business, advocate for its goals, and ensure alignment with clinic operations and strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with health system partners, serving as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and providing regular updates on project progress and risks.
- Communication & Presentation: Develop and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities. Prepare documentation to communicate project outcomes and best practices.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and flag potential risks, creating mitigation plans and ensuring that critical implementation items are prioritized and addressed promptly.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership launches, providing insights for continuous improvement and supporting the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implementation best practices.
- In Person Contribution: This role will be in our NYC office, 4 days a week.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of program & project management experience, preferably in health tech or healthcare
- Passionate about what we do at K Health
- Demonstrated expertise in cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse domains within the organization
- Top-notch organizational skills, able to balance multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders across domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints into clear actions and negotiate and influence decisions
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Results-oriented, with laser-focus on the definition of success and driving successful outcomes

Compensation:
$140,000 - $160,000 USD
We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
