About the role:
We are searching for a strategic thinker who can effectively prioritize, balance stakeholder needs, and scale technical and non-technical job requisitions. This is a NYC based opportunity and must come into the office 4 days a week.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate closely with our leadership and people team to enhance K’s overall recruiting function and contribute to the development of our global recruiting strategies and processes.
- Take ownership of the full candidate experience, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring candidates feel respected and valued throughout the hiring process.
- Develop a deep understanding of technical and non-technical roles and establish a structured hiring approach for K Health.
- Efficiently source candidates from various channels, leveraging data to determine which resources yield the best candidates based on the role you're recruiting for.
- Champion the creation of inclusive and diverse teams across all our offices and integrate diversity goals into your sourcing strategies.
- Use data-driven recruiting approaches by leveraging reporting from our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing a best-in-class experience throughout the hiring process, regardless of the interview outcome.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of successful experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical workforces.
- You can interpret data and understand the importance of utilizing data for recruiting efforts.
- You are a leader who acts as a recruiting thought-partner to hiring teams.
- You have an operational and hospitality-focused mindset, dedicated to enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening partnerships with hiring managers.
- A sense of urgency when it comes to candidate communication, scheduling, and collaboration with internal teams.
- A personable individual capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, clear, and friendly manner.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Greenhouse ATS.

Compensation:
$115,000 - $130,000 USD
We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
