About the role:
K Health is transforming the way healthcare is delivered through AI-driven solutions, empowering both patients and providers. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Providers Platform, a critical part of our ecosystem that enhances the efficiency and experience of healthcare professionals using our platform.
What you'll do:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the Providers Platform, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for healthcare professionals.
- Define and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing features that improve provider workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop API-first solutions, ensuring scalability and seamless integrations with internal and external systems.
- Work closely with developers to define API specifications and drive best practices in API design and implementation.
- Lead our Clinical AI product infrastructure, supporting all our products for both patients and providers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, to align product initiatives with company goals.
- Leverage data and user feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or a related field. (Health tech background is an advantage but not required.)
- Strong technical acumen with experience working on API-first products and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, with a focus on provider-facing tools and platforms.
- Experience leading Clinical AI product infrastructure, ensuring scalable and reliable support for both patient and provider solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, using metrics and user insights to drive product improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for action and ownership.
We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
