We’re seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple early childhood education centers across New Jersey, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive enrollment, ensure compliance, and support center directors in delivering high-quality education and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple centers
  • Coach and develop center directors and leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality standards
  • Drive enrollment growth, budget management, and staff retention
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support
  • Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in ECE, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of multi-site management experience (ECE/childcare preferred)
  • 5+ years of ECE management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel up to 60%

Pay Range

$65,000 - $80,000 USD

What We Need from You:  

 Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications  

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required  
  • Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.    
  • A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
