We’re seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple early childhood education centers across New Jersey, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive enrollment, ensure compliance, and support center directors in delivering high-quality education and care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple centers
- Coach and develop center directors and leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality standards
- Drive enrollment growth, budget management, and staff retention
- Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support
- Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in ECE, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of multi-site management experience (ECE/childcare preferred)
- 5+ years of ECE management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel up to 60%

Pay Range
$65,000 - $80,000 USD

What We Need from You:
Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
