Manager, Business Development - Enterprise
The Role
Kikoff is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise partnerships across fintech, consumer platforms, employers, and other high-scale distribution channels. This role owns the full partnership lifecycle - from sourcing and deal execution to launch and long-term growth - and sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and revenue.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring Kikoff’s Enterprise Product Suite to market through high-impact partnerships.
What You’ll Do

Own the full business development and partnership lifecycle: prospecting, evaluation, negotiation, closing, launch, and long-term account growth

Identify and prioritize industries, companies, and distribution channels aligned with Kikoff’s enterprise credit-building platform

Lead strategic and financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring across benefit-first, monetization-driven, and hybrid partnership models

Build trusted relationships with senior leaders at enterprise partners, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact

Develop and execute growth strategies for Enterprise partners, driving adoption, retention, and revenue expansion

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships, coordinating internally across product, engineering, design, finance, accounting, legal, and growth teams

Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs and market insights into product and go-to-market priorities

Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new technologies, product extensions, and partnership opportunities that accelerate Kikoff’s distribution and impact

Balance new partner sourcing with ongoing account management
What We’re Looking For
-
A Bachelor’s Degree and 4-6 years of work experience in BD, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting

Track record of owning a funnel end-to-end: from prospecting to closing to account expansion.

Experience creating and executing account growth plans in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.

Familiarity with Salesforce/Hubspot, ZoomInfo, CBinsights/Pitchbook, Tableau, Amplitude, Snowflake, AI tools

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships

Are proficient in financial modeling and fluent in performing broad quantitative analysis, with a familiarity with basic accounting principles, to build business cases for partners to sell to their executive team for stakeholder buy in

Background in client-facing consulting or project management roles is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with SMB and Enterprise sales cycles; experience launching into new channels is a plus

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in San Francisco, CA.
