Outside Sales Representative – Equipment Rentals

Kimball Equipment is looking for a young, hungry, hair-on-fire competitor to join our equipment rental team in the Salt Lake area.

This is not a desk job.
This is not for someone who needs hand-holding.
This is for someone who wants to build something, win, and get paid for it.

You’ll be on the road almost every day. Knocking doors, walking jobsites, calling contractors, and hunting down customers we don’t even know we’re missing yet.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting contractors, builders, landscapers, municipalities, and anyone who rents equipment
• Cold calling and walking into jobsites daily
• Building relationships and earning repeat business
• Finding new accounts and reactivating old ones
• Owning your territory like it’s your business

• Strong communication skills
• Organized enough to follow up and close
• Sales experience is a plus
• Equipment or construction knowledge is a plus — but hunger beats experience
