Kincell is seeking a highly organized Data Entry Analyst who will be a key contributor to a dynamic and collaborative Quality Control team.

This position will support the day-to-day data entry and data trending activities of the quality control group by performing data entry of environmental monitoring data, microbial identification, data trending, graphing and reporting. This position will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and filing laboratory data.

  • Perform preliminary review of environmental monitoring and laboratory documentation across all Kincell facilities
  • Perform data entry for all environmental monitoring results and laboratory data for all Kincell facilities
  • Generate and maintain spreadsheets to support data entry and reporting
  • Generate data trending reports to support investigations
  • Generate and maintain data trending graphs to support quarterly and annual data trending reports
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of entered data
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information
  • Escalate any OOS trends to leadership immediately
  • Successfully work with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments and organizations
  • Follow established data entry procedures and meet departmental deadlines
  • Support administrative tasks and projects as assigned
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year related experience in data entry, office administration, or a related role
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Previous quality control experience is a plus
