As our Director of Business Development, you’ll be a key leader in driving our growth by exploring new market verticals and expanding our presence across healthcare, gaming, government, and AI sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of high-value growth opportunities across targeted market segments such as healthcare systems, gambling operators, and employer health programs.
- Develop and implement scalable go-to-market strategies tailored to each vertical, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers in hospitals, insurers, gaming companies, and corporate clients to establish strategic partnerships.
- Oversee negotiations for contracts, pilot programs, and partnership agreements to support organizational growth.
- Drive the full sales process—from prospecting to closing—building a strong pipeline and expanding revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and product teams to design solutions aligned with market demands and compliance standards.
- Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship, with a long-term vision to develop and grow a dedicated sales team reporting directly to this role.
- Travel to industry conferences, client meetings, and events to strengthen relationships and gather market insights (approximately 25%).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within responsible gambling, behavioral health, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven success in building new markets and developing scalable sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully achieve sales targets in previous roles.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Experience working remotely and managing complex, high-value deals.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, market dynamics, and client engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Colorado Pay Range
$110,000 - $130,000 USD
