  • Develop and adjust care plans based on each client’s needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in alignment with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Remain current with best practices and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Must reside in Arizona and hold an active license as a therapist in the state (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience providing triage care and crisis intervention for first responders and their families during high-intensity or critical incidents required
  • Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities, including trauma-informed care
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively document client progress and treatment plans
  • Workers’ compensation experience a plus
  • Experience with EHR systems, telehealth tools, and various clinical software applications
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and to continuously improving your skills and knowledge

Why Join Kindbridge?
