Partner Success Manager
At Kindbridge Behavioral Health, we're on a mission to make specialized mental health care more accessible to those affected by gambling, gaming, and other behavioral addictions. Our work depends on a growing network of referral partners who expand access to our specialized behavioral health services.
We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to champion the success of Kindbridge's referral partners. You'll oversee onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management, ensuring our partners have the resources, tools, and support they need to build successful referral relationships with Kindbridge.

What You'll Do
Build Lasting Partner Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of referral partners following the sales handoff
- Guide referral partners through onboarding, implementation, activation, and ongoing account management
- Build trusted, long-term business relationships that drive partner engagement and referral growth
- Conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges before they impact the partnership
Create Exceptional Referral Experiences
- Design and continuously improve referral workflows that are simple, intuitive, and effective
- Partner with Marketing and IT to optimize referral pathways and enhance the overall partner experience
- Develop scalable onboarding processes that create a consistent experience for every new partner
- Create partner-facing resources including onboarding guides, referral materials, educational content, and training documentation
Drive Growth Through Data
- Monitor referral activity, engagement, and conversion metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze partner performance and recommend strategies to increase referral engagement, conversion, and long-term growth
- Gather partner feedback and translate insights into process improvements
- Partner with Business Development to evaluate operational and technical readiness for new referral partnerships
Leverage Technology & AI
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline workflows, develop communications, analyze referral data, and create educational materials
- Maintain accurate partner information within CRM and referral management systems
- Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Healthcare Operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, driving engagement, and growing partner relationships
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM or partner management platforms and digital tools used to support relationship management, referral workflows, and partner engagement
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, analyze data, and create communications or training materials
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and marketing automation or form-building tools (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, Typeform, or similar)
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A passion for building meaningful partnerships that expand access to high-quality behavioral health care

Remote pay range
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
