What you’ll do......

As the Senior Associate Brand Manager, Innovation you will be responsible for leading projects and assisting the Brand Manager – Innovation on adjacency innovation projects (18+ months out) across all KIND product lines.

Innovation
• Partner with Brand Manager – Innovation to execute adjacency innovation projects from ideation until handover for commercialization
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities to grow existing platforms
• Create forecasts for new launches based on market and historical data
• Manage stakeholders, presentation and approvals of projects throughout Stage Gate process, including acting as a leader between cross-functional teams (PMO, PD, Trade, Insights, Finance)
• Lead the development of briefing materials and reviews process, in partnership with Brand Manager – Innovation, for packaging and insights based on project timelines
• Assist with development of clear and concise innovation sell stories

Pipeline and Portfolio Management
• Assist Brand Manager – Innovation with monthly pipeline and portfolio management, including portfolio sufficiency and range management
• Support inputs into key planning processes such as annual growth plan and AOP
• Assist with annual innovation planning process, including three-year total KIND pipeline

You have…

• 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing or related field
• A bachelor’s degree – marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to manage time & competing priorities
• Previous experience working in innovation a plus

 

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $74,500 to $103,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
