- Partner with engineering teams to break down technical requirements, estimate sprints, and prioritize backlog items.
- Own the development of detailed technical specifications, working closely with engineers to ensure smooth execution.
- Deeply understand our tech stack and how our systems integrate; document and communicate these insights to internal stakeholders.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating product vision into actionable development plans.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure product usability and intuitive workflows.
- Work closely with Customer Success to incorporate enterprise customer feedback and improve implementations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine product strategy and inform feature development.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and system scalability.
- Monitor and measure product performance, making iterative improvements based on feedback and KPIs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Educational background in Computer Science or work experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to conceptualize software architectures, APIs, and integrations (e.g., cloud computing, data platforms, AI-driven products).
- Experience working closely with remote engineering teams, defining technical specifications, and managing sprints.
- Proven ability to drive product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to leverage analytics to inform decisions.
- Understanding of design principles and experience with UI/UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq.
