Job Description

Kins is looking for physical therapists to deliver 25+ patient visits per week both in-home and virtually. As a Kins physical therapist, you will receive highly competitive pay between $95,000 - $155,000. Additionally, you will have complete autonomy over your weekly schedule by choosing the days, hours, and locations in which you work.

Pay

  • Annual income can range from $95,000 - $155,000. Income is paid per appointment at $75 dependent on your desired workload
  • $600 sign on bonus plus $2,000 quarterly incentive bonus for sustained appointment volume
  • uncapped referral bonus program of $750 for every physical therapist you refer after they complete 30 visits on the platform

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
  • Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
  • Document all treatments in our EMR
  • Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed
  • Commit to 25+ weekly visits

Requirements:

  • Active New York State physical therapist license
  • Completed state regulated CEU requirement in New York
  • CPR certification
  • Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes
  • Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
  • Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team
  • Bonus: Home care or Telehealth experience
