The role
We believe the creator economy is powered by genuine value creation. As our Creator Representative on the Kit Ads team, you'll help creators build more valuable businesses by overseeing the Ads lifecycle—from onboarding new creators and consulting on ad monetization strategies, to optimizing performance and reporting. You'll serve as the go-to advisor and advocate for creators, recommending best practices, helping them maximize revenue from their newsletters, and ensuring a seamless experience for brands.
You won't be alone in these efforts.
Your support system
You'll report into the Head of Kit Ads and collaborate closely with the Kit Ads Sales team, Creator Growth, Marketing, and external ad tech providers. You'll act as a liaison between creators and internal teams—namely Product, Engineering, and Sales—and play a key role in refining Kit's ad program to drive sustainable growth for both creators and Kit.
What you'll do
First Week: Dive into our ad ecosystem, creators, and workflows. Meet our distributed team and collaborators.
First Month: Assess our current ad program and craft a plan for creator success. Begin onboarding creators, providing consultative guidance on ad formats and newsletter placements, and overseeing campaign setup.
First Six Months: Define, track, and report on key performance metrics for creators. Act as an internal consultant, recommending best practices and offering tailored ad strategies. Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to identify new revenue streams and craft customized media plans.
First Year: Elevate our ad program to new heights. Develop CRM, inventory, and reporting solutions to track performance. Curate monthly resources for creators that include upcoming brand opportunities, performance insights, and tips for optimal ad placement. Come to deeply understand our core value that "creator success is our success."

Working hours and location
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams, so flexibility in scheduling is beneficial.
Compensation
For services rendered by Independent Contractor under this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Independent Contractor according to the below: $5,833 USD per month; payments are processed in halves on the 1st and 15th of each month.
