We’re looking for a Kitchen Onboarding Associate to join our Middle Eastern team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and operational success of our restaurant partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Improvements: Identify opportunities for kitchen enhancements, source third-party vendors, and coordinate approvals with licensees.
  • Onboarding: Support restaurant partners in setting up their kitchens post-occupancy, including permit submittals and equipment buildout coordination.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction) and external contractors to ensure a smooth operational setup.
  • Construction & Operations: Oversee kitchen improvements, schedule installations, and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders for light construction administration.
  • Permit Coordination: Assist with the submittal process to secure necessary operational permits.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage cost approvals to support AP/AR functions.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Work alongside the Kitchen Onboarding Manager to track regional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in, ideally with 1-3+ years in hospitality, restaurant, or a related industry.
  • BSc. in Engineering, Business Management, or Economics
  • Background in B2B onboarding or customer service, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or Fulfilment (eCommerce)
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

📍 Location: This role is based in our Amman, Jordan office and requires in-person collaboration 5 days a week to drive the best results.
