Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support our Real Estate Development team across the GCC, with a focus on investment analysis, financial modelling, and deal valuation. This role will play a critical part in evaluating expansion opportunities, and preparing the financial materials needed for key decision-making; such as deal sheets, cash-flow models, and Investment Committee decks.

What you’ll do
- Support the evaluation of new properties, landlords, and local authority areas through financial and analytical assessments.
- Provide analytical inputs and scenario modelling to support negotiations managed by local UAE and KSA teams.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare detailed financial models, cash-flow forecasts, valuation analyses, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
- Assist in the preparation of deal sheets, IC decks, investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in the GCC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, construction, and development, to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update real estate and financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools, with a solid understanding of valuation concepts.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the commercial real estate market in GCC is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Exposure to valuation, real estate investment, or financial analysis, including familiarity with key metrics (IRR, NPV, cash flows, sensitivity analysis) and preparing materials such as feasibility studies or deal sheets.
