What you’ll do
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for KitchenPark and its brands. You’ll be hands-on across multiple channels — from content creation to social media and campaign coordination — while helping bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and our partner agencies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging internal and external content (copy, visuals, video snippets).
- Managing and growing KitchenPark and Hunger Hub social media channels, including posting, community management, and engagement (Arabic & English).
- Acting as the main point of contact for our marketing agency for Arabic content, paid campaigns, and creative needs.
- Writing and translating marketing copy and posts for digital channels.
- Coordinating paid campaigns with agencies (Meta and Google Ads), ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Managing and optimizing organic social media growth on smaller budgets.
- Supporting SEO initiatives through AI-driven tools and improving YouTube content (uploads, descriptions, metadata).
- Planning and executing local marketing events (future projects).
- Developing and launching email marketing campaigns (future projects).
- Exploring influencer marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness.
- Driving collaboration between marketing and sales to align campaign messaging and lead generation.
- Experimenting with AI tools to generate insights, automate content, and position KitchenPark as a credible source in the industry.
What we’re looking for
- 0–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (essential)
- Experience with content creation, basic video editing, and social media management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/analytics tools).
- Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset — comfortable experimenting with new formats and technologies.
- Strong sense of ownership, organization, and a “get-things-done” attitude.
- Interest in food, hospitality, and the online delivery ecosystem is a plus.
