- Collect, clean, and analyze operational and system usage data to identify trends, adoption challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze operational and system usage data to identify areas for efficiency gains and improved adoption.
- Train users on dashboards, trackers, and systems, ensuring teams understand how and why to input data correctly.
- Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for real estate development, including cost, schedule, risk, and platform adoption metrics.
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations (slides, dashboards, and written summaries).
- Connecting and integrating multiple data sources, such as Excel, JSON, CSV, SQL databases, SharePoint, and APIs.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or another analytical field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role.
- Exceptional skills in Google Sheets and Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, automation, reporting).
- Understanding of forecasting concepts, including trends and projection techniques.
- Experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with real estate / construction / project management platforms is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and training skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Who you are
- Someone who enjoys turning raw, messy data into reliable, actionable insights.
- An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and high ownership over data quality.
- A systems-minded professional who can design metrics, reporting frameworks, and digital organization structures.
- A clear communicator who can make data accessible and intuitive for multicultural teams across the MENA region.
- Passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and impact through data.
