What you’ll do
The Sales Desk role supports inbound demand across the Middle East by managing marketing-generated leads, coordinating initial outreach, and ensuring smooth scheduling and handoff to Account Executives. You will be based in Jordan, and work closely with regional sales teams to ensure inbound opportunities are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with business priorities.

This position plays a key role in supporting the sales process by ensuring high-quality inbound leads are responded to promptly and prepared effectively for Account Executive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads across Middle East markets.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from marketing channels, including forms, calls, and emails.
  • Collect and document relevant information to support lead assessment and routing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between inbound leads and Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Monitor inbound queues to ensure timely follow-up and consistent coverage.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the regional sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to improve inbound workflows and efficiency.

 

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales development representative role, sales support, inbound operations, customer operations, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound requests and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Based in Jordan and able to support Middle East business hours.
