JOB SUMMARY: 

Work for a world-class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! Under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, this position will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and cook stations to prepare meals according to KitchFix standards.

*Seasonal Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available*

**Starting pay starting at $20 an hour, based on experience**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare food items and ingredients according to meal recipes in a high-volume kitchen
• Produce delicious and well-executed food that aligns with the nutritional mission
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety and cleanliness
• Work with team members and Sous Chef to create delicious food according to KitchFix standards 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years experience working in batch cooking, catering, or high-volume food production
• Self-motivated and passionate about cooking
• Show a willingness to learn from others
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills 
• Strong knife skills
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Understands nutrition and creating healthy food 

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work non-standard work weeks, including early mornings, and weekends. 
• Ability to commute to Dunedin, FL 
• ServSafe Food Handlers or Manager Card
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift up to 50#

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Early mornings - afternoon
• Must be able to work weekends
