
eCommerce Operations Coordinator

Through both online and offline materials, we provide fun and engaging ways for kids to explore, create, and learn. Our primary offering is a subscription service where we deliver "whoa awesome," hands-on projects to kids. We also manage an e-commerce storefront and a content platform to inspire and educate. We take great pride and ownership in the products we build and in the community of parents and kids we serve.
Our office is located in Mountain View, CA within walking distance to the Caltrain station. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with 3-4 office days per week (depending on your team) and the remainder of the week working remotely.
About the Job:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a compelling product experience on kiwico.com, with inspirational assortment presentation and clear and accurate product details
- Executing site updates across merchandising modules, sales, and promotions in partnership with the marketing team and the company campaign calendar and adjusting tactics given performance of specific projects in the store
- Partnering with CRM on completing email campaign briefs and ensuring we hit workback schedules to execute promotions
- Working cross-functionally with product sourcing, photo/video, digital design, and marketing teams to pull together components for new or upgraded product depictions
- Partnering with digital product and technology teams to develop and publish new product/category pages and execute change requests when necessary
- Tracking inventory and inbound products in collaboration with sourcing, operations, and fulfillment teams
- Helping to develop, optimize, and ensure adherence to the playbook and style guide for product and category depiction across the KiwiCo Store
- Analyzing page performance, tracking major changes, and recommending opportunities for improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field
- Experience with content management software and workflow tools, with familiarity in Magento being a plus.
- Ability to pull and analyze web analytics data; familiarity and comfort with common eCommerce metrics and spreadsheet tools
- Strong project or program management track record (i.e., ever detail-oriented, always hits deadlines, able to drive stakeholders)

- Experience with an E-Commerce business or online retailer
- Strong communication skills
- Resourcefulness and the ability to quickly figure out a way to get things done even in ambiguous situations
- A great ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- A detail-oriented work style, able to keep track of multiple work streams at once
- A proactive stance, eagerness to tackle opportunities and always thinking ahead and answering the next question

The starting pay range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 per year. However, the final base salary offered may differ based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs.
In addition to base pay, KiwiCo offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which may include opportunities for an annual bonus, stock options, and a variety of benefits related to health, financial security, and well-being. Specific details about these benefits will be shared if an offer of employment is extended.
