As our Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to uncover real business challenges, gather and document detailed requirements, and ensure the solutions we deliver drive meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who loves translating complexity into clarity, thrives on collaboration, and has a passion for making processes smarter and more efficient.

This is an opportunity to be at the center of digital transformation working with innovative technologies, solving high-value business problems and shaping solutions that scale. You’ll collaborate with solution architects, developers, and executives to design systems that improve workflows, empower users, and enable data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading business discovery sessions with clients to understand their goals, processes, and pain points
  • Documenting business requirements using user stories, process flows, and functional specifications that development teams can easily act on
  • Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage
  • Analyzing current workflows and recommending process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Supporting solution design by collaborating with architects and engineers on feasibility, scope, and roadmap planning
  • Assisting in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, or mock-ups to help stakeholders visualize solutions
  • Participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validating that delivered features meet business objectives
  • Maintaining a clear view of project scope and priorities, helping manage change requests effectively
  • Creating and maintaining requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle to ensure business needs are met
  • Helping shape best practices and standards for requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across the organization

Minimum Requirements — What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement elicitation techniques, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Experience with enterprise systems and data flows (CRM, ERP, EMR, or other operational systems)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to lead workshops and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency with requirements and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in regulated industries like healthcare, financial services, or insurance
  • Familiarity with low-code or workflow automation platforms
  • Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, or automation technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Love uncovering the “why” behind business challenges and turning ambiguity into clarity
  • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
  • Can balance technical detail with big-picture business objectives
  • Get excited about improving processes and enabling better decision-making
  • Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and business domains
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where adaptability and continuous improvement are key

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
