About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and scaling talent acquisition strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and exceptional candidate engagement skills. You will partner closely with leadership across the organization to identify, attract, and hire top talent — from engineering to go-to-market teams — that will drive Kizen’s mission forward.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a recruiter who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As a Senior Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, guide hiring managers through best practices, and deliver a first-class candidate experience. You’ll be working directly with our TA leadership to build recruiting processes that scale with our ambitious growth goals.

In this dynamic role, you’ll support our teams responsible for:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods and proactive outreach.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process from job intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and timely experience for all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, data, and best practices to inform hiring decisions.
Process Optimization: Continuously improving recruitment workflows, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies to engage top talent across multiple functions. Leverage networks, market mapping, and tools to identify both active and passive candidates.

Candidate Experience & Engagement:
Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey by ensuring timely communication, transparent feedback, and personalized interactions that reflect Kizen’s culture and values.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set expectations, and guide them through a data-driven recruitment process. Provide regular pipeline updates and market intelligence.

Offer Management & Negotiation:
Own the offer process, from crafting competitive packages to delivering offers and managing negotiations that result in strong acceptance rates.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and report hiring progress to leadership. Experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to continually elevate recruiting performance.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional recruiting experience, with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven ability to hire across a variety of functions (technical and non-technical roles).
  • Experience recruiting in startup or fast-growth environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search strategies, talent mapping, and outreach personalization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close top talent in competitive markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Comfort working independently, taking ownership, and driving results in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for building high-performing teams and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Commitment to continuous learning, staying current on market trends, and evolving recruiting strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of people management experience, including coaching or mentoring other recruiters.
  • Experience developing and leading recruitment projects or initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
