Sales Intern

This is an 11-week (June 2nd-August 15th, 2025) paid internship experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters.
Jumpstart your sales career as a member of a fast-paced, hard-working, and growing team as a Sales Intern for Klaviyo. You will be a part of a team that generates revenue through pipeline development by helping cultivate our top of funnel leads, as well working with sales leadership and ops to increase efficiencies in our sales process. Our Sales Internship is designed to provide each intern with meaningful and robust projects that impact our sales process.
Interns dive into substantial projects, making a tangible impact during the course of the summer. Projects have concrete goals and objectives but allow plenty of room for exploration and problem solving. We offer a supportive environment where interns can test, fail, iterate and launch while building a solid career foundation, awesome connections across the Klaviyo and having fun.
As a Sales Intern, you will learn about Klaviyo’s platform, customers, eCommerce business challenges, as well as Klaviyo’s sales process. In addition, you will get the opportunity to learn from your peers, the greater sales team, and leadership as you work on various projects.
How you will make an impact:
- Learn how to work with sales tools including Salesforce and Outreach
- Support our Sales team by enriching data
- Search for and find opportunities for the sales team to increase productivity

Who You Are:
- Have at least one previous internship experience, with a focus in sales, marketing, or business development
- Graduating in Dec 2025 - May 2026 with a BA/BS in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Exhibit extreme curiosity and self-starter mentality
- Have strong critical thinking skills
- Have great attention to detail and pride yourself on precision and accuracy
- Eager to learn by doing and aren't afraid to jump into projects head on
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Agile and work well in collaborative, fast-paced environments
Why intern at Klaviyo?
- Set up for Success: Before diving into individual teams and projects, all interns will complete Base Camp - Klaviyo’s week-long onboarding experience at our Boston HQ. Base Camp provides focused time to learn about the ins and outs of Klaviyo, our product, and to get to know other interns. This robust first week ensures all interns join their teams fully prepared to dive into project work and make an immediate impact.
- Interns make an Impact: Our interns contribute to mission-critical projects for Klaviyo. No matter what team you join, you’ll be making a direct impact on our product and/or customers.
- Our Boston Office is fun!: Interns stay fueled with free snacks and drinks, take breaks with each other over a game of ping pong or a round of golf in our simulator, and relax in our speakeasy (yes you read that right!). We also host social outings during the summer; in past years these have included: Red Sox games, a Boston Duck Tour, VERSUS Arcade Bar, and Flight Club in the Boston Seaport.
Compensation
$20.00 USD per hour
