This is a 6-month (July 14th - December 19th, 2025) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Co-op to join our People Operations and Benefits team. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting our employees and contributing to the overall efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

How you will make an impact: 

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support. Provide accurate information and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Support in communicating benefits information to employees as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR and vendor systems. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to HR operations and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR and benefits administration. Participate in audits and compliance checks as needed.

Who you are:

  • Current undergraduate student graduating from December 2025-June 2026 with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Have prior experience or coursework in HR or a related field is a plus
  • Current undergraduate student graduating from December 2025-June 2026 with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus

Compensation:

$28.50 USD per hour
