Financial Operations Co-op (Order to Cash) 

Location: Boston, MA 

This is a 6-month (July 13th-December 19th, 2025) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. 

As a Financial Operations Co-op, you will gain significant experience working with Klaviyo’s Procure to Pay and Contract to Cash teams and will assist in providing financial support across all aspects of Klaviyo’s business, including data governance, contract management, vendor/customer setups, check deposits, Travel & Expense, and data entry and review. This role will include assisting Klaviyo’s Finance team and working cross-functionally to maintain strong vendor & customer relationships, and help optimize operational processes and technology.

How you will make an impact:

  • Learn how to work with finance software including Coupa, Concur, Netsuite, ZipHQ, and  Stripe
  • Support our Finance team by organizing and improving our data quality
  • Help support the onboarding process for both vendors and customers.
  • Be a key contributor on the Billing/Collections team to a scaling company
  • Have the opportunity to work with all of our business operations teams

Who you are:

  • Undergraduate student graduating from Dec 2025-August 2026 pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Have at least one previous internship or Co-op experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, team environment
  • Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient 
  • Possess Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others within and outside of Finance
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, both on the phone and via email
  • Must be detail oriented and deadline driven with strong organizational skills

Compensation

$25.00 USD per hour
