We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. If you’re a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you’ll still consider applying.

This is a 6 month (Jan 4th-June 25th, 2027) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. All co-op students are required to work onsite from our Boston office 5 days per week.

  • Data Management and Analysis: Support data integrity and standardization activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Help prepare and automate marketing reports and dashboards to track activity performance and key metrics. Document marketing processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, design, and product, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement.
  • System Administration: Serve as a system admin for HubSpot, and other systems, supporting configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Enablement & Process Ownership: Own the Marketing Ops wiki and enablement library, support the development of SOPs and enablement materials for internal and external audiences, and own the BRD (Business Requirements Document) process.

Who You Are:

  • Undergraduate student graduating in May 2029 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data analysis in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Have experience building with AI tools and technologies (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to make processes more efficient and scalable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • An innovative and creative thinker with an always-learning and growing mindset

We’d love to hear from you if you:
