Design, develop, and implement software features to support Klaviyo’s intelligent marketing automation platform. Serve as the Technical Product Owner (TPO) of editor features and functions on proprietary marketing automation platform. Analyze support issues and identify bugs for fixing. Faciliate transfer of users from classic to new technologies. Implement new hybrid experiences on our new editor technology. Convert
user hybrid templates from classic editor to new editor. Implement optimizations on MJML server to reduce system exits and other errors. Create documents iterating the team capabilities to analyze and optimize team performance and coordination. Mentor teammates through weekly meetings. Review team technical specifications.
