Lead Systems Architect (multiple)

Leads the project development from requirements to deployment on Salesforce and salesforce related tools. Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies. Collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals. Customizes and configures Salesforce to address complex business processes and requirements. Performs data migrations and integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Architects and implements solutions that follow best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability. Conducts code reviews and ensures high-quality code standards are maintained. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations, refines tools and processes to maximize efficiency of our system. Stays up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions. Participates in the evaluation and selection of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the development and deployment process. Telecommuting permitted 2 days/week. Multiple positions. Minimum Requirements (education and years of experience): Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related technical role.

Requires experience in the following: Salesforce apex code customization; Salesforce flows; Salesforce Visualforce; translating business requirements into architected solutions; building data models; and making technical presentations.
