Klaxoon is an innovative company specializing in collaborative solutions to improve the efficiency of meetings and teamwork. Our whiteboarding tool is at the heart of our offering, allowing teams to collaborate visually in real-time, whether in-person or remotely.

The Position

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our development team and contribute to the evolution of our whiteboarding tool. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the frontend features of our application, focusing on user experience and performance.

You will be part of the R&D team, composed of 45 people (developers, data specialists, devops, QA, product managers, engineering managers, UX designers) spread across France and divided into 2 main functional areas (4 feature teams) with the following objectives:

  • Enable efficient collaborative work through our Board tool (whiteboarding and visual management), with a strong focus on performance, fluidity, and ease of adoption.
  • Create a space for strong participation during meetings and workshops, regardless of participant location (synchronous, asynchronous, hybrid).
  • Facilitate the integration of our tool into companies by promoting integration with their information systems (SSO, SCIM, OKTA, Teams...), and via public APIs (https://developers.klaxoon.com/).

Required Profile

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience, with solid expertise in React and TypeScript
  • Good knowledge of frontend ops (Webpack, RSPack, Babel...)
  • Good understanding of how a browser works, its possibilities and limitations
  • Web performance optimization and profiling skills
  • Good mathematical skills are a huge plus (transformation matrices, geometry, etc.)
  • Experience with Web Sockets would also be a plus
  • Interest in new technologies, particularly AI applied to development
