Job Information

The Construction & Infrastructure Operator supports the building, reinforcement, and maintenance of defense-related facilities, including bases, field installations, manufacturing structures, and specialized infrastructure. Work includes hands-on construction, heavy equipment operation, and adherence to strict military-grade safety practices.

Responsibilities

Execute construction, installation, and repair tasks on defense infrastructure projects
Operate heavy equipment (earthmovers, lifts, generators, etc.) in a safe, controlled manner
Work with blueprints, site layouts, and construction plans
Perform routine inspections and assist with structural maintenance
Ensure compliance with OSHA and defense construction protocols
Coordinate with engineering teams to execute project requirements
Maintain site cleanliness, safety controls, and equipment readiness
