Legal Associate

Knight Division Tactical is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support the company’s legal and regulatory functions. This role supports both domestic and international operations and plays a key role in ensuring contractual, corporate, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation
Support compliance efforts related to U.S. and international regulations with the compliance team
Conduct legal research and prepare internal summaries and memoranda
Maintain organized, audit-ready legal records
Support risk identification and policy implementation in coordination with leadership and operations teams
Coordinate with external counsel as needed

Qualifications

Background in Law, Legal Studies or a related field
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
High attention to detail, discretion, and professional judgment
Ability to manage sensitive information and work independently
Professional proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)

Preferred

Exposure to regulated industries such as security, defense, or government contracting
